This important step, marked by the signing of a cooperation agreement between CATA Energy and the African Union Development Agency-NEPAD (AUDA-NEPAD) at the 3rd Infrastructure Finance Summit of the African Union in Luanda, strengthens international efforts for responsible and forward-looking infrastructure investment across Africa.
