At the ceremony of the M&A awards on 8 December in London, the ‘Financial Times’ and Mergermarket nominated the international law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP as „Legal Advisor of the Year” in the category “Austria / Switzerland”.
As one among few international law firms, Freshfields has a traditionally strong presence in Central Europe. In the region alone, the firm operates with around 600 attorneys from seven locations in all areas of business law and Vienna acts as an important hub for the activities in CEE.
