Memorandum of Understanding between Vienna Economic Forum and Union of Black Sea and Caspian Confederation of Enterprises (UBCCE)

On the occasion of the 14^th Eurasian Economic Summit on 12-15 April 2011 in Istanbul, organized by Marmara Foundation, cooperation partner of Vienna Economic Forum, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between Vienna Economic Forum, represented by President Dr. Erhard Busek and Secretary General Amb. Dr. Elena Kirtcheva, and Union of Black Sea and Caspian Confederation of Enterprises (UBCCE), represented by Secretary General Mr. Murat Zongur.

UBCCE has been Media Partner of Vienna Economic Forum for several time, and UBCCE  is the first independent and voluntary business organization of the Black Sea and Caspian Region
