Vienna Economic Forum congratulates its cooperation partner NOVOMATIC Group to a new record of revenues of 3.2bn EUR.

The NOVOMATIC AG reports new record figures for the fiscal year 2011: with revenues amounting to 1.387bn EUR (plus 17,2%) (2010: 1.184bn EUR). The EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation) increased by 9,2% to 491m EUR (2010: 449m EUR). In 2011 the NOVOMATIC AG employed an annual average of 11,818 staff (2010: 10,544) which is a rise of 12%. 2,850 of the staff work in Austria.

The total revenues of the NOVOMATIC Group – comprising NOVOMATIC AG as well as the two Swiss affiliates ACE Casino Holding AG and Gryphon Invest AG – hit in 2011 for the first time the landmark of three billion Euros: the added, non-consolidated revenues amounted to 3.193bn EUR (2010: 2.816bn EUR), which is a plus of 13,4%. The EBITDA of the NOVOMATIC Group rose by 17,2%, reaching 652m EUR (2010: 556m EUR). The Group counted 18,000 staff (2010: 17,000, plus 6%) worldwide.
