High-level representatives of economy, politics, and diplomacy gathered at the 22nd Vienna Economic Forum – Vienna Future Dialogue 2025 in Vienna, hosted by Raiffeisen Bank International (RBI).

This year, the Forum was held under the Motto: “Economy Meets Politics – Strengthening the European Voice,” and under the patronage of the Federal Chancellor of the Republic of Austria and Patron of Vienna Economic Forum, Dr. Christian Stocker.

Under this Motto, Vienna Economic Forum continued to emphasise its understanding that the regional economy “From the Adriatic to the Black Sea” is, and must be, recognised as an inseparable part of the European and global economy,” stated Ambassador Dr. Elena Kirtcheva, the visionary Founder of VEF during her mandate as Ambassador of the Republic of Bulgaria to Austria (2001–2005), Member of the Board and Secretary General of this well-established international organisation.

The message of Ambassador Dr. Elena Kirtcheva to the EU Member States and to those not yet members of the EU is: “Raise your voice strongly, work actively towards consolidating Europe as a strong player on all continents and in the entire world.”

Supporting the development of the regional economy of and between all Member Countries of VEF in addressing the challenges related to their transformation into a consolidated economy as an inseparable part of the European and global economy – this has been, is, and remains the constant goal of all activities of Vienna Economic Forum in Vienna and in the Member Countries, including the 22nd November Edition of Vienna Economic Forum.
