The Financial Times publication “The Banker” recognized Raiffeisen Bank International as the “Best Bank in Central and Eastern Europe” for the fifth time in a row.

“The awards from ‘The Banker’ are valuable confirmation that we are on the right track to achieve our strategic goals,” emphasized RBI CEO Johann Strobl. This is a common achievement of all RBI employees and complements the primary measure of success for the bank, customer feedback.

In addition to the regional award, RBI also won “Best Bank” awards for its subsidiary banks – Tatra banka in Slovakia and Raiffeisen Bank Aval in the VEF member country Ukraine.
